Data collected
We only collect the data you choose to send us:
- Contact form: full name, organization, position, country, email address, phone number, subject and content of your message.
- Newsletter: email address and chosen language.
Purposes
This data is used only to:
- respond to your requests (information, partnership, campaign participation, volunteering, support, media…);
- send you the Association’s newsletter if you have subscribed.
Recipients
The data is intended exclusively for Eagle Africa Association. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties. Website forms are forwarded by email to the Association’s mailbox (hosted by LWS) through the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which acts solely as a sending relay.
Retention period
- Contact form requests: 3 years from the last exchange.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
In accordance with Togolese Law No. 2019-014 of 29 October 2019 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter, write to us at contact@assoeagleafrica.org.
