In October 2026, Eagle Africa Association is also mobilizing for women's health: screening, educational talks and community awareness against breast and cervical cancer.

Men’s health is at the heart of Eagle Africa Association’s identity, but prevention concerns the whole family. At its press meeting on 29 September 2026 in Lomé, the Association presented, alongside Blue November, its program for Pink October 2026, the month dedicated to the fight against women’s cancers.
One theme: prevention and early screening
The 2026 campaign theme is “Together, let us say stop to breast and cervical cancer through prevention and early screening”.
As with prostate health, information is the first step: knowing the risk factors, recognizing the signs that should lead to a medical consultation, and using screening when it is recommended by a healthcare professional.
Activities throughout October
During the month, the Association and its healthcare partners plan:
- screening sessions;
- educational talks on prevention and women’s health;
- community awareness activities in markets, churches and mosques;
- radio programs.
From Pink October to Blue November
Pink October is part of the Association’s complementary areas of action: prevention of non-communicable diseases and health education. Men also have a role to play: encouraging their loved ones to get informed and screened.
From 7 November, the mobilization will continue with Blue November 2026, dedicated to men’s health and prostate health.
The information on this website is intended for education and awareness. It does not replace medical consultation.
